I have wanted one of these for absolutely ages. I got the three minis in the offer and I just love this so much. I have it clipped onto my bag and it is such a great size. I also got a few packs of the lip oil sachets to try. I am currently on Mrs Whippy and loving it.

I was extremely disappointed when my order arrived. Based on the product name and photos, I genuinely believed I was buying a lip oil. Instead, I received an empty container. Yes, I later found the small note saying that refills are sold separately, but this should be made much more obvious in the product title and images. It feels misleading. I also don't understand the hygiene aspect of this concept. Lip oils are products that come into direct contact with your lips every day. How exactly are customers supposed to thoroughly clean and sanitize the container and applicator before refilling it? Without proper sterilization, bacteria can easily build up inside over time. Reusing a lip product container doesn't seem like a hygienic or practical idea. I was genuinely excited to try a P. Louise lip oil, so opening the package and finding only an empty keychain was incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, this purchase left me feeling frustrated rather than excited, and I think the product presentation should be much clearer to avoid disappointing other customers.

RIDICULOUSLY over-priced! What are y'all thinking charging $16 - for an EMPTY, MINI lip oil bottle, just AGREED when you have the audacity to charge $33 for ONE tiny, empty lip oil bottle plus one of the measly 5 pack refill packets (I think they come in 2 & 5 ml?)that come with barely ANY product in them to begin with! These days P.Louise is only worth it when they're on sale ect Cos I feel like it's getting less and less affordable and worth the price
